If you have a script or content outline, that's helpful but not required—we can assist with script development. We'll also need information about where the animation will be used (website, social media, presentations, etc.) to ensure we deliver the appropriate formats and resolutions. During our kickoff meeting, we'll guide you through all the information we need to create an effective animation.
2D animation exists on a flat plane (X and Y axes) and includes styles like motion graphics, character animation, and traditional animation. Our animation process includes structured revision rounds at key stages: storyboard/concept, style frames, and animation drafts. Each package includes two rounds of revisions at each stage. We use a collaborative review platform where you can provide time-stamped feedback directly on the video. For efficiency, we collect all feedback for each revision round at once rather than making changes incrementally. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included in your package can be arranged at an hourly rate. We strive to get everything right the first time by having a thorough discovery process upfront.
We deliver animations in multiple formats optimized for your specific needs. Standard deliverables include high-resolution MP4 files, web-optimized versions, and platform-specific formats for social media. For logo animations, we typically provide transparent background versions (WebM or MOV with alpha channel). If you need source files (After Effects, Cinema 4D, etc.), these can be included for an additional fee. We also provide different aspect ratios (16:9, 1:1, 9:16) when needed for multi-platform distribution. Just let us know your requirements, and we'll ensure you receive all the formats you need.
