  • Generate over ₹1-2 Cr ARR from services & SaaS

  • Raise external capital (if needed) to scale platforms

Codexa Labs was incorporated in 2025 as a DPIIT-recognized Startup India venture, with one goal: to help startups and small businesses grow smarter, faster, and sustainably.

We believe India's next wave of unicorns and job creators won't just come from metro cities. They'll rise from colleges, co-working cafes, and Tier 2 & 3 towns — if they're given the right tools, talent, and team.

The digital revolution shouldn't be exclusive. That belief is what led to the founding of Codexa Labs. We didn't want to be another agency. We wanted to be an ecosystem that empowers businesses with real strategy, scalable systems, and powerful tech — all designed to work together. A place where creativity meets code, where automation meets branding, and where ideas meet results.

It became obvious: The market didn't need more tools. It needed clarity, control, and codified growth. That's why we started Codexa Labs.

We started with unpaid internships and sweat equity, not investor decks. It was born in a small town, with a laptop, a dream, and a growing frustration with how complicated the digital world had become.

Intern-to-Leader Model

Our internal model converts 6-month interns into paid contributors. We take in hungry learners from engineering colleges, design schools, or self-learned creators and put them on live projects. Instead of chasing "experienced hires," we create them.

Complete Ecosystem

We don't hire 10 agencies. We ARE the agency, the dev house, the design studio, the marketing team, and the SaaS builder. Everything is designed to talk to each other - our systems, our people, our tools.

Reseller-Ready Infrastructure

We're setting up domain, hosting, and cloud solutions through white-label partners so others can build under our umbrella.

Over 6 months, our interns work across real clients, learn marketing, dev, analytics, and operations hands-on, help build internal tools, and get converted into department leads if they prove consistent.
